About the Role:

 

We are looking for an experienced Payroll Coordinator to manage payroll operations and support the implementation of SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) in a fixed-term contract through March 2026, with potential for extension. This role requires a deep understanding of payroll processes, system configurations, and SAP design support, along with the ability to work closely with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure seamless operation and integration. What your days looks like:

 

  • Work closely with the SAP team to implement and configure SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
  • Provide support for SAP payroll design, ensuring alignment with business needs and compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Assist in the design, testing, and deployment of payroll processes in SAP ECP.
  • Identify areas for improvement within payroll systems and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

 

The Ingredients for Success:

 

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in payroll processing.
  • Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Experience providing SAP design support for payroll systems.
  • Familiarity with UKG Time & Attendance systems.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll-related software and technologies.
