Ready to lead change and build system capability? We’re looking for a skilled Change and Training Lead to support the successful transition to our new SAP Payroll system in a dynamic manufacturing environment. In this fixed-term role, you’ll play a critical part in driving engagement, ensuring a smooth adoption process, and developing targeted training programs that empower our workforce. What your day looks like:

 

Change Management Strategy Development:  Develop and implement a structured change management strategy to ensure a smooth transition to ECP, with stakeholder engagement and targeted interventions for resistance.

 

Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with P&C, payroll, and operational leaders to align change initiatives with workforce strategies.

 

Training & Post-Go-Live Support: Design and deliver tailored training programs, materials, and post-go-live support to ensure successful system adoption.

 

Communication & Engagement Planning: Execute a comprehensive communication plan to inform stakeholders and build confidence in the new payroll system.

 

Readiness Assessment & Performance Tracking: Conduct readiness assessments and track adoption rates and employee sentiment to gauge workforce preparedness and performance.

 

 

The Ingredients for Success:

 

Change Management & Training Experience: Proven experience in change management and training delivery within complex industrial or manufacturing environments.

 

Change Strategy & Engagement: Strong ability to drive engagement and manage change strategies effectively.

 

Facilitation & Training Skills: Excellent facilitation and training skills, with experience tailoring content for diverse employee groups.

 

Communication Excellence :Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, impactful messages.

 

Payroll Systems & Certifications: Familiarity with payroll systems and processes, with certifications in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR) considered an advantage.
