We’re on the lookout for a Project Coordinator to join our team on a fixed-term contract, based at our North Strathfield office. What your day looks like:

 

In this role, you’ll support the smooth execution of our payroll transformation by keeping key activities on track and ensuring risks are addressed in a timely manner. Your day-to-day will include:

  •  Tracking Progress: Maintain project tracking tools, monitor key milestones, and follow up on outstanding actions.
  •  Managing Risks & Issues: Identify potential challenges early, escalate concerns as needed, and support issue resolution.
  •  Coordinating Across Teams: Work closely with P&C, IT, payroll, finance, and vendors to facilitate collaboration and ensure alignment.
  •  Supporting Meetings & Updates: Organise project meetings, document action items, and provide regular status updates.
  •  Ensuring Smooth Delivery: Help keep workflows efficient and compliant with governance processes.

 

 

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

 

  • Proven Project Coordination Skills: Experience in fast-paced environments with a knack for keeping projects on track.
  • Organisational Excellence: Ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong collaboration skills for working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Effective Communication: Clear and impactful reporting and updates.
  • Technical Savvy: Familiarity with payroll systems, IT implementations, and tools like Smartsheet and Jira.
