About the Role: 

 

This is a key position within the Procurement Team, focused on managing spend and driving strong outcomes through collaboration with business partners and suppliers. You will gain exposure across all core areas of Procurement, helping to build the team’s capabilities and scale. Supporting the Procurement Director – Indirect and CoE, you’ll manage spend across multiple categories, develop supplier strategies, and lead tenders, while negotiating savings, innovation, and sustainability improvements. The role also involves reporting, analysis, price projections, and SAP interaction to enhance fundamental procurement skills and support the broader team. Additionally, you will oversee Co-Man/Finished Goods responsibilities within the Australian business, cultivating supplier relationships and supporting cross-functional teams to deliver new solutions. This role offers valuable learning opportunities and the chance to build a solid foundation for career growth within Procurement.

What Your Day Looks Like: 

 

  • Support TAG Procurement in delivering category plans, managing inflation, and driving savings. 

  • Accountable for buying decisions, supplier performance, and delivering improved spend outcomes within assigned categories. 

  • Lead the Australian Co-Man/Finished Goods process and support cross-functional teams to meet NPD timelines. 

  • Manage RFI, RFP, pricing activities, and procurement reporting, analysis, projections, and system updates. 

  • Ensure alignment with sustainability policies, compliance, and provide analytical support for data management and reporting. 

 

The Ingredients for Success: 

 

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to handle complex information and draw insights. 

  • Well-organised, with basic project management and financial skills, including simple spreadsheeting. 

  • Strong Microsoft skills and high level written and presentation abilities. 

  • Proactive self-starter, able to follow directions and take initiative to deliver improved outcomes. 

  • Capable of interpreting direction, tracking KPIs, and resolving ambiguous situations within policy and procedural frameworks. 

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not essential
