About the Role
We’re on the lookout for a strategic and commercially minded Revenue Growth Manager to lead the development and execution of revenue strategies across the Arnott’s and Campbell’s portfolios in Australia. In this critical role, you’ll work cross-functionally with teams in sales, marketing, and finance to embed pricing and promotional strategies that drive sustainable growth in both revenue and profitability.

What your days looks like:

Lead and implement long-term revenue growth strategies, with a focus on pack, price, and promotion across Arnott’s and Campbell’s brands

Leverage data and market modelling to generate insights that inform commercial decision-making

Partner with commercial teams to unlock revenue opportunities and deliver against ambitious growth targets

Conduct ongoing reviews of pricing and promotional strategies to drive continuous improvement

Build cross-functional capability by supporting people and process development to embed a culture of revenue growth
The Ingredients for Success:

6+ years' experience in Revenue Growth Management, Category Finance, or Pricing—ideally in FMCG or grocery

Strong commercial acumen and a proven ability to drive pricing and promotional strategies that enhance profitability

Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across sales, marketing, and finance

A curious, solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving ability and a keen awareness of market and competitor activity
