About the Role:

 

We are currently seeking a dynamic and strategic Revenue Growth Manager to drive and define the future of our revenue strategy across Arnott’s and Campbell’s portfolios within Australia. As a pivotal business partner, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in sales, marketing, and finance to embed our pricing and revenue strategies, ensuring sustainable, long-term growth in both revenue and profitability.

What your days looks like:

 

  • Develop and execute long-term revenue growth strategies, focusing on pack, price, and promotion to maximise revenue and drive net price realisation across the Arnott’s and Campbell’s portfolios.
  • Utilise advanced analytics and market modelling to generate actionable insights that enhance performance and keep our strategies aligned with market dynamics.
  • Partner with commercial teams to evaluate and seize revenue opportunities that not only meet but exceed annual targets, fuelling our business growth.
  • Conduct regular reviews of pricing and promotional strategies to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with business goals.
  • Work closely with various teams to build organizational capability, driving the development of our people and processes to sustain revenue growth.

 

The Ingredients for Success:

 

  • A minimum of 4-6 years in a similar role, ideally within the FMCG or grocery sectors, with a proven track record in commercial strategy.
  • Expertise in Revenue Growth Management, Category Finance, or Pricing Management, with the ability to leverage these skills to drive profitability and market share.
  • Technically adept, with a strong foundation in data analysis to derive insights, track performance, and inform pricing strategies.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing and educating internal teams while engaging cross-functional partners across sales, marketing, and finance.
  • A naturally inquisitive mindset with strong problem-solving skills, able to ask probing questions and uncover opportunities in the market, keeping an eye on competitive activity.
