Our Revenue Management team who are responsible for defining our revenue strategy are looking for an experienced strategy professional to join the team!

Covering both our Arnott’s and Campbells’ portfolios within Australia, this person will act as a strategic Business Partner to senior leaders across the business to embed our 3-year strategy and improve our long term revenue and profit growth.


Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Support the development of a revenue growth strategy (Pack, Price, Promotion) to maximise revenue and drive net price realisation across the Arnotts’/Campbells portfolio over the 3 years horizon.
  • Develop actionable insights to improve performance using advanced modelling and analytics linked to the external market
  • Drive an ROI culture through embedding existing scenario modelling tools, performance management and influencing business partners
  • Partner Sales and Business Teams to evaluate in year pricing and promotional opportunities.
  • Develop price and promotion strategy for NPD gate submission using internal and external insights
  • Support strategic projects and long-term transformational initiatives
  • Improve, standardise and automate critical reports to provide effective visibility over marketplace performance
  • Support and improve the governance framework and processes to execute and manage list price, promotional pricing and funding agreements
  • Drive simplification of systems and processes across Finance, Sales and Marketing through continuous improvement initiatives


The Ingredients To Be Successful:

  • BCom degree qualified
  • 5+ years’ experience working in revenue management, strategy, finance, management consulting, or a similar role, preferably in FMCG
  • Advanced ability to draw insights and make recommendations
  • A working knowledge of TPM system and market database like IRI, Nielsen and Quantium
  • Strengths in impact-oriented problem solving, both analytical and conceptual
  • Strong experience in creating Excel models, Power BI and manipulating data
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally by building relationships and influencing others
