A unique opportunity to lead & drive one of the most iconic brands in FMCG has arisen.
Reporting to the General Manager ANZ, the Senior Brand Manager – Campbell’s will lead the strategic development & execution of the core Meals & Beverage (M&B) portfolio strategy across Stock, Soup, Beverage & new category opportunities.
The role will lead the Go-To-Market program across all core M&B initiatives across the marketing mix including comms, activation, core innovation & in store execution. The role includes a direct report in the brand & customer activation manager, who will drive the in-store program and provide support with day to day management across the portfolio. This marketer will be comfortable driving all aspects of the marketing mix, working in close conjunction with category, sales & the customer to deliver commercial objectives.

What your days look like:
- Lead the strategic development of our M&B portfolio strategy
- Drive Go-To-Market plans across all core M&B initiatives
- Lead new product development for core Campbells.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and agency partners to develop strong 6P marketing mixes, including being responsible for creative strategy & execution
- Work closely with category and account teams to sell-in key Campbells plans to retaillers
- Own P&L for key Campbells core initiatives
- Drive core Campbells media plans, including supporting to manage multi-million-dollar brand marketing budget
- Brand tracking and regular reporting of brand, competitor, and marketplace performance. Drawing insights into actions, diagnosis and strategic recommendations
- Leverage external curiosity and insights to contribute to the brand’s marketing & category strategy

The ideal candidate will have ambition for an accelerated career in Marketing. Including experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders, with confidence in their ability to influence, negotiate and think innovatively.
- Strong Brand Marketing experience – FMCG experience is preferred
- Comfortable in a fast paced environment with high degree of autonomy and responsibility
- Energised by the opportunity to join a high performing team driven to achieve results
- Demonstrated creativity and passion for developing strong brand plans with proven experience in brand management and new product development
- Strong project management, organisational, problem solving and communication skills
- Excellent commercial acumen
- Tertiary qualifications – Business or marketing degree
