An exciting opportunity has opened for a Senior Brand Manager to take the reins of Arnott’s Shapes, one of Australia’s most beloved savoury snacks brands. This notably includes leadership of our core Flavour, Sports & Gaming platforms. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager for Flavoured Snacks, this role provides the chance to influence the entire Shapes core marketing mix—from brand strategy to execution. With full creative license and no global framework restrictions, you’ll have the autonomy to craft and lead impactful 360- degree campaigns.

What your days looks like:

 

  • Lead the development and execution of strategic growth pillars for Shapes, including iconic brand activation initiatives across NPD, Footy, Gaming and Summer platforms, while driving high-profile commercial collaborations in these sectors.
  • Own the end-to-end Go-To-Market plans for core Shapes initiatives, delivering campaigns that resonate with consumers and achieve tangible results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, agency partners and retailers to develop and execute best-in-class 6P marketing strategies, from creative ideation to flawless execution.
  • Play a critical role in driving Shapes toward its ambitious five-year goal of doubling the brand’s value, leveraging strategic vision and operational excellence.
  • Conduct in-depth brand tracking and performance reporting, delivering actionable insights and strategic recommendations to enhance brand positioning and marketplace impact.

The Ingredients for Success:

 

  • 6–10 years of proven brand marketing experience, preferably within industry leading FMCG environments
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing (preferred) and a strong preference for candidates with significant end-to-end brand ownership experience—not suited for agency consultants or those without direct brand accountability.
  • Demonstrated passion for developing and executing innovative brand plans, with a strong track record in brand management, new product development, and strategic thinking.
  • Ambitious, collaborative, and skilled in stakeholder management, with a proven ability to navigate and lead through complex marketing challenges across cross-functional teams.
  • Outstanding commercial acumen, paired with the ability to translate data-driven insights into impactful marketing strategies that drive growth and profitability.
