About the Role:
In this role, you will partner with strategic business teams across The Arnott’s Group portfolio to drive growth opportunities. You will be responsible for establishing a clear performance reporting framework and identifying areas for improvement to optimise performance.
This is a dynamic position requiring strong market knowledge and an understanding of FMCG dynamics, enabling you to deliver positive outcomes for both retailers and customers.

What your day looks like:
- Analyse category performance, sales trends, and margins to uncover key business insights.
- Deliver clear and timely monthly and quarterly financial reports alongside cross-functional teams.
- Track and monitor sales, margin, and market share performance against business targets.
- Collaborate across teams to support new product development and process improvements.
- Translate data into actionable insights that inform marketing and innovation strategies.
- Stay across industry and competitor trends to anticipate shifts in consumer behaviour.
The Ingredients for Success:
- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) with strong analytical skills.
- 4+ years of experience in FMCG/CPG is essential.
- Proven ability to collaborate with buisness partners (sales amd marketing teams) using strong analytical capabilities.
- Skilled at building relationships and influencing cross-functional teams.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a dynamic, changing environment.
