About the Role:
In this role, you will partner with strategic business teams across The Arnott’s Group portfolio to drive growth opportunities. You will be responsible for establishing a clear performance reporting framework and identifying areas for improvement to optimise performance.
This is a dynamic position requiring strong market knowledge and an understanding of FMCG dynamics, enabling you to deliver positive outcomes for both retailers and customers.

What your day looks like:
- Analyse category performance, sales trends, and margins to provide valuable insights.
- Provide regular monthly and quarterly reports on financial performance in collaboration with business teams.
- Help track key business targets, including sales, margins, and market share.
- Contribute to a flexible and collaborative team culture focused on achieving business goals.
- Work with various teams to support new product development and continuously improve processes for better efficiency.
The Ingredients for Success:
- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) with strong analytical skills.
- 4+ years of experience in FMCG/CPG.
- Proven ability to collaborate with marketing teams using strong analytical capabilities.
- Skilled at building relationships and influencing cross-functional teams.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a dynamic, changing environment.
