About the Role:
As the Supply Chain Analyst you would play a key role in shaping financial insights across our dynamic Meals & Beverages site by supporting Finance and Supply Chain teams with variance analysis, cost reporting, and strategic decision-making—while taking the lead on Campbells Logistics Finance.

What your day looks like:
- Finance Business Partner for Meals & Beverages Logistics.
- Analyse and communicate Shepparton site operational performance trends
- Partner with Site Operations on Manufacturing variances, and CI initiatives.
- Support monthly P&L reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and costings.
- Manage GL reconciliations, non-conformance claims, and other ad hoc tasks.
The Ingredients for Success:
Just like you can’t make Campbell’s Chicken Stock without chicken, there are a few essential ingredients we need for this role;
- Tertiary qualified with up to 2 years’ experience in cost accounting or Supply Chain analysis
- Experience in FMCG, SAP/mainframe systems, and change management
- Strong Excel skills, analytical mindset, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, can-do attitude with commitment to task ownership and willingness to progress with CPA
