What your day looks like:

  • Partner with P&C Talent & Workforce Planning Lead and P&C Business Partners to plan and deliver against vacancy and succession pipelines.
  • Own and deliver an end-to-end recruitment process focused on experience and efficiency, including:
    • Intake meetings, candidate screening, shortlisting
    • Interview coordination and feedback collation
    • Pre-employment checks and offer logistics
    • Liaising with People Operations to support onboarding
  • Use fit-for-purpose sourcing methods (LinkedIn Recruiter, talent pools, referrals) to identify quality candidates.
  • Reduce time-to-fill by leveraging SuccessFactors and driving quick-win improvements like templates, scoring, and ready-now candidates.
  • Maintain and activate an annual sourcing calendar aligned with brand marketing and social channels.
  • Act as the key point of contact for hiring managers and candidates throughout the process.
  • Use feedback and data insights to continuously improve candidate experience and process performance.
  • Support integration of field sales and casual recruitment into in-house delivery.
  • Contribute to initiatives that reduce agency usage and strengthen TAG’s internal recruitment capability.

 

Ingredients for success

  • Previous experience in an internal talent acquisition role, with experience in FMCG and/or food manufacture desirable.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.
  • Strong practical understanding and application of SuccessFactors Recruitment Module.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships across all levels of an organisation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to conduct specialist sourcing campaigns utilising channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or relevant related discipline.
