About the role

 

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to deliver high-quality, end to end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of roles.  From corporate functions to frontline in our manufacturing operations, this role will offer variety, ownership and the chance to build strong partnerships across the business – all while ensuring the candidate and hiring manager experience is a positive one.

 

What your day looks like:

 

  • Partner with P&C Business Partners to plan and deliver against active vacancies and succession pipelines
  • Own and deliver an end-to-end recruitment process focused on experience and efficiency, including:
    • briefing meetings, candidate screening, shortlisting
    • Interview coordination and feedback collation
    • Pre-employment checks and offer logistics
    • Liaising with People Operations to support onboarding
  • Use fit-for-purpose sourcing methods (we have LinkedIn Recruiter and Hiring Assistant, talent pools, referrals) to identify quality candidates
  • Reduce time-to-fill by leveraging the system SuccessFactors and driving quick-win improvements like templates, scoring, and ready-now candidates
  • Maintain and activate an annual sourcing calendar aligned with brand marketing and social channels
  • Act as the key point of contact for hiring managers and candidates throughout the process
  • Aim to continuously improve candidate experience and process performance
  • Contribute to initiatives that reduce agency usage and strengthen TAG’s internal recruitment capability.

 

Ingredients for success

 

Just like you can’t make a Tim Tam without chocolate, there are a few essential ingredients we need for this role;

  • Previous experience in an internal talent acquisition role, with experience in FMCG and/or food manufacture desirable
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods
  • Strong practical understanding and application of SuccessFactors Recruitment Module
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships across all levels of an organisation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to conduct specialist sourcing campaigns utilising channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter
