We have an outstanding opportunity for a passionate FMCG sales leader to make their mark in a Tier 1 organisation as the State Sales Operations Manager – Victoria. As a results-driven leader, you will guide and inspire a team of 75+ to exceed targets and deliver top-tier in-store execution. You’ll lead with purpose—coaching for performance, driving accountability, and modelling strong leadership behaviours. With a deep understanding of regional and national sales performance, you’ll bring valuable insights into customer needs, competitor activity, and operational effectiveness to influence strategic decisions and contribute to key business forums. The Accountabilities

 

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 75+ to exceed sales, market share and safety KPIs

 

  • Ensure flawless in-store execution and compliance across all activations

 

  • Drive customer satisfaction through strong engagement and service delivery

 

  • Foster collaboration across sales, category, HR, and other key business units

 

  • Provide strategic insights on performance, market share, and competitor activity
