We are currently looking for an Afternoon Shift Coordinator in our Shepparton Factory. Our manufacturing facility in Shepparton is the only Campbell's plant in Australia, established in 1962. We have six production lines that involve PET, Aseptic and canning processes. We operate 24 hours per day, 5 days per week, with weekend shifts dependent on production requirements. Our production volume delivers to the Australian market as well as being exported to parts of Asia.


As Manufacturing Coordinator – Afternoon Shift, you will report to the Site Manufacturing Manager and play a critical role in the site's effective performance on afternoons. As the senior leader on-site, you will be expected to ensure that the site performance in key areas such as safety, quality and productivity meet our high standards, including taking an active role in resource allocation.

You will

  • Lead the production activities and site functions on shift to achieve planned yields, efficiencies, safety performance in accordance with the production schedules. 
  • Lead DDS Meetings - focusing on improvement, OOE, and stops reporting.
  • In conjunction with team supports, complete daily labour planning for the line, including; staffing requirements, product changeovers, maintenance requirements.
