What your days look like:

• Work across a range of operations including canning, blending and aseptic operations.
• Participate in end-to end operations, from pre-production preparation to operating blending or packaging equipment.
• Adhere to quality operating procedures and conduct quality checks as required.
• Achieve production output and targets.
• Troubleshoot technical problems with production machinery.

The Ingredients for Success:

Just like you can’t make Campbell’s Chicken Stock without chicken, there are a few essential ingredients we need for this role;

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in FMCG is ideal but not essential.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and a proven ability to adapt to a changing environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
