The Opportunity: 

 

Multiple positions available commencing 11th November 2024 with onsite recruitment days for candidates whose application are progressed being held on-site October 15th or 16th, 2024. 

 

We are expanding our team and seeking several dedicated and safety-conscious casual Machine Operators to join our dynamic operations. With both day and afternoon shifts available this is your chance to be part of our iconic Australian company that creates beloved household products. 

 

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for the operation of machines and equipment within our production areas. This includes working across canning, blending, and packaging operations to ensure quality and production targets are met.

What your days look like: 

 

  • Operate machinery in canning, blending, and packaging areas. 

  • Conduct quality checks and adhere to quality operating procedures. 

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with machinery. 

  • Perform equipment changeovers and assist with general cleaning duties. 

  • Actively participate in safety initiatives. 

  • Ensure all tasks are performed in line with Occupational Health & Safety regulations. 

 

 

The Ingredients for Success: 

 

Just like you can’t make Campbell’s Chicken Stock without chicken, there are a few essential ingredients we need for this role. 

  • Previous experience in an FMCG environment is preferable but not essential. 

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and a proven ability to adapt to a changing environment. 

  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks, including twisting, turning, and bending. 

  • Excellent attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols. 

  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
