The Opportunity:

Opportunity for Casual Operators at Campbell’s Shepparton to support the 2026 Season. The role of a Machine Operator is to operate machinery and equipment working in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This is a perfect role for someone who thrives on challenges and can provide practical solutions to complex problems and has the competency to run machinery and equipment.

There are multiple positions available commencing from December 2025.

The Accountabilities:

• Working in various areas of the Production Facility
• Set up, changeovers, operating and troubleshooting of equipment within Campbell's OH&S, Quality and Performance Standards
• Completion of quality control checks online
• Perform process area cleaning to maintain company compliance, GMP and HACCP standards.
• Work autonomously and as team member to deliver daily production requirements against performance criteria

The Ingredients for Success:

Just like you can’t make Real Stock Chicken without our chicken stock, there are a few essential ingredients we need for this role:

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work full-time hours (38hrs per week across Monday – Friday) on day or afternoon shift, plus overtime when applicable.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and a proven ability to troubleshoot on machines and problem solve the quality attributes of our products
• Understanding of team, safety, and quality operating principles in a food manufacturing environment
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
