Planning & Warehouse Logistics Manager

About the Role:

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Planning and Warehous Logistics Manager with a can-do attitude to drive excellence in production planning, purchasing, and onsite logistics to ensure efficient operations and high-quality product delivery. This role will lead forward production planning, optimize inventory and supply performance, and mitigate service risks. Oversee planning and warehouse teams, enhance supply chain systems, and represent supply at key business forums. Ensure raw material control, SAP accuracy, and continuous improvement in safety, quality, and efficiency.  This role will work closely with the site leadership team shaping the site's direction and ensuring seamless operations.

What your day looks like:

• Develop and align production schedules with sales forecasts & resource needs

• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage capacity, NPD, and inventory changes

• Ensure accurate reporting, data analysis, and SAP/MRP system management.

• Optimize demand fulfillment, interstate transfers & material efficiency projects

• Drive process improvements, inventory control, and workplace culture initiatives. 

The Ingredients for Success:

Just like you can’t make Campbell’s Chicken Stock without chicken, there are a few essential ingredients we need for this role:

• Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (preferred).

• 5+ years’ experience in production planning, ideally in FMCG or manufacturing.

• Proven team management skills in complex, high-pressure environments.

• You will be data and commercially savvy with the ability to present findings to key stakeholder groups.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving & organizational abilities

• Experience with ERP (SAP), MRP (Blue Yonder/JDA) & advanced Excel skills.
