About the Role:

 

An exciting 12 month fixed-term opportunity (maternity cover) for a motivated and experienced Quality Systems leader to make a real impact. In this role, you will play a key part in engaging stakeholders across the site to embed a strong quality culture and drive continuous improvement in our quality systems. Your leadership will ensure compliance, enhance operational effectiveness, and support our commitment to excellence in product safety and quality.

What Your Day Looks Like:

 

 

  • Support and improve Food Safety & Quality Systems, including HACCP, audits, and GFSI certification.

 

  • Manage the Hold & Release program to ensure product compliance with quality standards.

 

  • Analyse quality data to drive improvements, reduce complaints, and minimise process deviations.

 

  • Lead key initiatives and support continuous improvement across site operations.

 

  • Foster engagement by modelling positive behaviours and sharing best practices across teams and sites

 

 

The Ingredients for Success:

 

  • Tertiary qualifications in Food Science or related field with HACCP training is essential

 

  • Solid understanding of Quality Management Systems and auditing processes.

 

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

 

  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to prioritise tasks effectively.

 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP and database knowledge desirable.
