What your days looks like:  

 

  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement using lean principles to deliver safety, quality, attainment and efficiency targets.
  • Work cross-functionally to solve production challenges and drive results
  • Manage capacity planning and ensure resources align with production demand
  • Develop and inspire Team Leaders to build a high-performing workforce
  • Engage in site leadership initiatives that shape the future of our operations

 

The Ingredients for Success:  

 

• 10+ years in manufacturing, with 5+ years in senior leadership (food industry a bonus)

• Strong leadership and coaching capability

• Deep understanding of production planning, lean, and safety/quality systems

• Track record of building and leading high-performing teams

• Exceptional problem-solving, organisation, and communication skills

• Strategic thinker with a focus on long-term improvement

• Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

• Relevant tertiary qualifications required
