What your day looks like:

• Champion a culture of continuous improvement using lean principles to deliver safety, quality and efficiency targets.
• Lead capacity planning and ensure resources align with production demand.
• Drive process improvements and cost reduction initiatives across manufacturing areas.
• Coach and develop Team Leaders to build a high-performing workforce.
• Collaborate with site leadership to influence strategic decisions and operational outcomes.

The Ingredients for Success:
Just like you can’t make a Tim Tam without chocolate, there are a few essentials we need for this role:

• 5+ years’ leadership experience in food manufacturing or similar industry.
• Strong leadership, coaching and team development skills.
• Expertise in production planning, safety and quality systems.
• Strategic thinker with advanced problem-solving and communication skills.
• Tertiary qualifications preferred but not essential.
