About the Role:  

 

We're seeking a proactive Mechanical Maintenance Planner to take ownership of preventative and corrective maintenance planning—maximising equipment uptime, extending asset life, and driving long-term value. In this role, you'll set the standard for positive, collaborative site engagement and play a key part in delivering maintenance KPIs that keep our operations running at their best.

What your days looks like:  

 

  • Ensure safety and quality are prioritised in all planned works, collaborating across departments for robust maintenance plans.
  • Communicate clear plans to all parties, and track success weekly to drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead and contribute to shutdown works, identifying key components of success and ensuring follow-up work is completed.
  • Engage actively with maintenance and site teams to optimise job scheduling and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Comply with Arnott’s Group standards, policies, and SOPs while supporting a positive workplace culture.

  

The Ingredients for Success:  

 

  • Trade or engineering qualification
  • Experience in Computerised Maintenance Management Systems is required
  • Achieving results as demonstrated through key operational and maintenance metrics.
  • Demonstrated coaching skills
