We are looking for a driven and passionate Territory Manager leader to join our high-performing team on a permanent full-time basis, covering the Mackay Region.

The Territory Manager reports to the Zone Manager, and will contribute to the continued development of our iconic market-leading brands by growing and maintaining business partnerships in the grocery channel.


As the Territory Manager, your responsibilities will include:


  • Lead and mentor a team of 3 part time direct reports
  • Superior execution against compliance activities and incremental opportunities
  • Strict adherence to provided OH & S guidelines
  • Contribute effectively as a member of the Qld field team
  • Effective management of your merchandiser budget
  • Liaising with Key decision makers in store  
  • Overnight travel may be required

  • FMCG experience is essential 
  • You will be confident in leading others through inspiration and motivation
  • Microsoft Excel or SAP experience is desirable
  • Your forward planning skills will see you ahead of the game
  • Ability to commit to overnight stays when required
