About the Role:

The Commercial Finance Analyst supports the Commercial Finance Manager by delivering accurate and timely financial insights on sales performance to drive decision-making and improve outcomes. Working closely with sales teams, they assist with financial planning, balance sheet accruals, risk governance, and trade spend reporting. They ensure promotions are correctly managed in systems, claims are accurately processed, and forecasts are reliable. Additionally, they lead continuous improvement initiatives across Commercial Finance, including automation, streamlined reporting, and value-add analysis.

What your day looks like:  

• Lead month-end reporting, variance analysis, and commercial insights 
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and risk / opportunity tracking in IBP cycles
• Manage trade spend, pricing strategy, and promotional performance reviews
• Oversee balance sheet accruals, claims accuracy, and reasonable reviews
• Drive continuous improvement, reporting automation, and systems development.
