Maintenance Fitter - Electrician - Afternoon Shift

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Fitter to join our team, responsible for maintaining, repairing and continuously improving mechanical equipment and systems across our site to support safe, reliable and efficient operations.

Working closely with Engineering, Production, Safety and Quality teams, you will play a key role in maximising equipment reliability, responding to breakdowns, completing preventative maintenance and driving initiatives that improve asset performance and minimise downtime.

What your days look like:

• Analyse line performance (OEE, downtime, waste) 
• Lead root cause analysis and implement fixes
• Execute CI projects and line improvement initiatives
• Support and coach operators across production operations
• Collaborate with Ops, Engineering, Quality & CI teams

The Ingredients for Success:

Just like you can’t make a Tim Tam without chocolate, there are a few essential ingredients we need for this role; 

• Recognised Mechanical Trade Qualification.
• Experience in FMCG or automated manufacturing environments.
• Strong mechanical fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• SAP PM experience desirable.
