About the Role:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Process Engineer to take ownership of engineering and process performance across a key production line. You will drive equipment reliability, efficiency, and waste reduction while leading continuous improvement initiatives. Working closely with maintenance and operations, you’ll optimise plant performance and deliver measurable improvements across cost, quality, and output, while also coaching and supporting operators and trades on site.
What your days look like:
- Analyse line performance (OEE, downtime, waste)
- Lead root cause analysis and implement fixes
- Execute CI projects and line improvement initiatives
- Support and coach operators on the shopfloor
- Collaborate with Ops, Engineering, Quality & CI teams
The Ingredients for Success:
Just like you can’t make a Tim Tam without chocolate, there are a few essential ingredients we need for this role;

Engineering or Trade qualification (relevant discipline)

FMCG or manufacturing experience (10 + years ideal)

Experience with changeover optimisation and line start‑up improvement

Strong problem-solving using structured methodologies

Strong CI capability (Six Sigma / structured CI methodologies)

Experience with PLCs, automation, or process control systems
Technical and Systems Capability:

Six Sigma Black Belt or advanced CI certification

Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2)

Programming or advanced data capability (Excel VBA, PowerBI)
