About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Reliability & Maintenance Manager to lead the Engineering and Maintenance function at our Huntingwood site. In this role, you will be responsible for setting the site reliability strategy, driving equipment uptime, and leading a high‑performing team in a fast‑paced FMCG environment. Working closely with Manufacturing, Operations and Capital teams, you’ll play a critical role in improving plant performance, embedding a strong safety culture, and delivering continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
What your day looks like:
- Leading and developing the site Engineering & Maintenance team to deliver safe, reliable operations
- Driving equipment reliability, uptime and downtime reduction through strong maintenance strategies
- Owning planned preventative maintenance, shutdown planning and site reliability initiatives
- Partnering with Manufacturing, Capital and Operations to deliver site projects and improvements
- Managing engineering budgets, KPIs and contractor performance
- Embedding a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with all HSE requirements

- Relevant Engineering or Trade qualification with strong mechanical and electrical capability
- Proven experience leading maintenance teams in an FMCG or manufacturing environment
- Strong reliability mindset with experience in planned maintenance and continuous improvement
- Ability to think strategically while remaining hands‑on and operationally focused
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence across all levels of the business
- Safety‑first leader who drives accountability, engagement and team development
