The Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified Electrician at our Marleston manufacturing plant. This role will report directly to the Maintenance Coordinator and will be responsible for repairs and maintenance to high volume food manufacturing and packaging equipment.

 

The Accountabilities

  • Carrying out preventative and breakdown maintenance on all machinery and conveyors.
  • Working in compliance with quality and safety systems
  • Recording maintenance carried out and corrective work in the CMMS
  • Trouble shooting on varied high-speed manufacturing equipment

The Ingredients for Success

Just like you can't make a Tim Tam without chocolate, there are a few essential ingredients we need for this role.

 

  • Ability to work a 12-hour shift roster (7 shifts per fortnight) on day shift.
  • Holds recognised electrical trade qualifications and an A-class electrical license is essential.
  • Demonstrated commitment to Occupational Health and Safety practices.
  • Experience with PLCs and troubleshooting in high-volume production, preferably in the food industry.
  • Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, team orientation, and achievement drive.
