Operations Team Member

We are seeking Operations Team Members to join our Afternoon Shift team at our Avondale site. This hands-on role supports all aspects of production and packaging operations, helping us deliver high-quality products safely and efficiently.

Working as part of a supportive team, you'll be involved in material preparation, machine operation, packing, line changeovers, cleaning, and continuous improvement activities while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and food safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production and packaging equipment safely and efficiently
• Assist with ingredient preparation, line setup, changeovers, and packing activities
• Follow GMP, food safety, quality, and hygiene standards
• Complete production records and quality checks accurately
• Monitor equipment performance and report issues promptly
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production targets
• Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives
• Support end-of-shift cleaning and housekeeping activities

About You

• Experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, production, or packaging environments is preferred
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and product quality
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Basic computer literacy and ability to complete production documentation
• Flexible and capable of working across different areas of the operation
