Head of People & Culture - Supply Chain
North Strathfield, NSW, AU, 2137
There’s a person behind every Tim Tam, every box of Shapes and every Vita‑Weat.
At The Arnott’s Group, we produce and sell more than 300 million products each year across 40+ countries, supported by over 1,600 people across our ANZ manufacturing network.
Supply Chain is critical to how we deliver for our customers and continue to grow. We’re investing in the capability, leadership and performance of our network so it remains strong, scalable and well positioned for the future.
We’re now hiring a Head of People & Culture – Supply Chain to help shape the next stage of our people agenda and support the continued performance, growth and resilience of our Supply Chain network.
About the role
As Head of People & Culture – Supply Chain, you’ll partner closely with the Chief People Officer and Chief Supply Chain Officer to shape and deliver the people strategy across a multi-site operational workforce.
You’ll lead an experienced team of People Partners and work closely with Talent & Capability, Reward, ER/IR, and Systems & Operations to deliver practical, scalable and commercially relevant people outcomes for the business.
Your mandate
This role is focused on continuing to build a high-performing, future-ready Supply Chain organisation.
You will:
- Strengthen frontline leadership capability to support performance, engagement and safe operations
- Shape and deliver workforce, talent and capability plans that support business priorities, succession, critical skills and future workforce needs
- Navigate a complex industrial landscape with confidence and sound judgement
- Lead and continue to develop the People Partners
- Work with the People Leadership Team to ensure the people agenda is successfully implemented
- Play a key role across both the Supply Chain and People Leadership teams
- You’ll play a key role in enabling strong performance across the network — supporting clear expectations, capable leadership and a consistent people experience.
What you’ll bring
- Experience in complex, operational environments where performance, labour, leadership and culture are closely linked (manufacturing, supply chain or FMCG preferred)
- A track record of leading and developing high-performing People teams
- Deep experience in industrial relations within multi-site, unionised environments
- Strong commercial acumen — you connect people decisions to business outcomes
- Experience shaping workforce strategies, organisation design or large-scale change
- The ability to influence at all levels, from executives through to frontline leaders and site-based teams
Why join us
At The Arnott’s Group, you’ll step into a role with real scope — partnering at the centre of a critical part of the business and helping shape how people strategy supports performance, capability and growth across our Supply Chain network.
You’ll work with a leadership team that is committed to performance, quality and doing things the right way — and with a People function focused on building capability, clarity and impact.
