As we continue to invest in the future of eCommerce, we're looking for a Performance & Digital Shelf Manager to help shape how consumers discover, shop and engage with our brands online.
 
This is a newly created role where you'll lead our digital shelf agenda across search, content and performance reporting, driving visibility, conversion and best-in-class online experiences across major retailers and marketplaces.
 
Joining at the beginning of an exciting growth journey, you'll have the opportunity to build capability, influence strategy and help shape the future of eCommerce at The Arnott's Group.
 
About You
You're curious, confident and commercially minded, with experience in eCommerce, digital shelf, retail media or digital performance.
You love turning insights into action, influencing stakeholders and finding smarter ways to improve performance. You're comfortable working across teams, managing agency partners and balancing strategy with execution.
Most importantly, you're excited by the opportunity to build something new and make a genuine impact.
 
What Your Days Look Like
  • Leading search and digital shelf performance across retailer and marketplace platforms.
  • Improving product discoverability through content, keywords and search optimisation.
  • Managing agency and platform partners.
  • Monitoring content health, ratings, reviews and availability.
  • Delivering performance reporting, insights and recommendations.
  • Partnering with Marketing, Sales and Category teams on launches and campaigns.
  • Driving digital content and asset best practice.
  • Building digital shelf capability across the business.
 
The Ingredients for Success
  • Experience in eCommerce, digital shelf, retail media, shopper marketing or a related field.
  • Understanding of retailer search, sponsored products and online merchandising.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with agencies, platforms or technology partners.
  • Strong stakeholder management and project management capabilities.
  • FMCG, grocery retail or marketplace experience will be highly regarded.
