- Previous experience in reception, administration or office coordination
- A strong customer service mindset and professional presentation
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence managing multiple priorities in a busy environment
- A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to learn
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications
- SAP experience is advantageous but not essential
- Managing the front desk, visitor arrivals and the main switchboard
- Coordinating courier bookings, deliveries and incoming mail
- Organising security passes and contractor access
- Maintaining office supplies, stationery, kitchen stock and amenities
- Processing purchase orders, invoices and receipting activities
- Managing car park access requests and records
- Supporting meeting room set-up, catering and office events
- Preparing welcome and farewell packs for employees
- Assisting Executive Assistants and internal teams with ad hoc requests
- Supporting the Office Manager with day-to-day office operations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Great attention to detail and accuracy
- Sound judgement and problem-solving capability
- Professionalism and confidentiality
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to work independently and take ownership
