We have an exciting opportunity for a Vendor Replenishment Planner (VRP) to join our Meals & Beverages team, supporting one of our most strategic retail partners, Woolworths.
 
This role has become available due to an internal promotion, highlighting the genuine career pathways available across our business.
 
Reporting to the National Account Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring product availability, service excellence and supply chain performance across the Woolworths account. Working across both Arnott's and Woolworths environments, you'll act as the key link between customer demand, supply planning, logistics and commercial teams to ensure the right stock is in the right place at the right time.
 
This is far more than a traditional replenishment role. You'll have a genuine seat at the table, influencing decisions, identifying opportunities, managing risks and helping shape outcomes across a significant customer portfolio. You'll help connect supply chain insights with commercial decision-making, ensuring strong outcomes for both Arnott's and Woolworths.

You're naturally curious, commercially minded and confident working with both people and data.
 
You enjoy solving complex problems, proactively identifying opportunities and building trusted relationships across multiple stakeholder groups. Whether you're working with customers, supply chain teams or logistics partners, you're comfortable balancing competing priorities and finding solutions that deliver the best outcome for everyone involved.
 
You'll also bring:
  • Experience in supply chain, replenishment, logistics, planning or customer-facing FMCG environments
  • Exposure to major retailers, ideally Woolworths
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Experience working with forecasting, inventory management or replenishment processes
  • Advanced Excel skills, with SAP and Power BI experience highly regarded
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • A proactive mindset that looks beyond today's tasks to improve tomorrow's outcomes
 
What Your Days Look Like
  • Managing the end-to-end replenishment process for the Woolworths account
  • Monitoring demand, inventory and supply performance across multiple systems
  • Working closely with Woolworths teams to optimise service levels and on-shelf availability
  • Collaborating with supply planning, logistics and 3PL partners to proactively manage risks and resolve issues
  • Analysing data, forecasts and performance trends to support better decision-making
  • Influencing both operational and commercial outcomes through insights and recommendations
  • Driving continuous improvement opportunities across the supply chain
  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders across Arnott's, Woolworths and external partners
 
The Ingredients for Success
  • 3+ years' experience in FMCG supply chain, replenishment, planning or logistics
  • Experience working with major retail customers, particularly Woolworths, is highly regarded
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking capability
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments
  • Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with complex datasets
  • SAP and/or Power BI experience will be highly regarded
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively across teams
