About the Role:

Are you a proven manufacturing leader ready to drive operational excellence? As our Manufacturing Manager, you’ll take ownership of production performance and lead strategic initiatives that enhance safety, quality, efficiency and cost-effectiveness. This is your opportunity to shape the future of manufacturing at a company that values innovation, accountability and people.

What your days look like:

• Champion a culture of continuous improvement using lean principles to deliver safety, quality and efficiency targets
• Lead capacity planning and ensure resources align with production demand
• Drive process improvements and cost reduction initiatives across manufacturing areas
• Coach and develop Team Leaders to build a high-performing workforce
• Collaborate with site leadership to influence strategic decisions and operational outcomes. 

The Ingredients for Success:

Just like you can’t make a Tim Tam without chocolate, there are a few essential ingredients we need for this role;

• 5+ years’ leadership experience in food manufacturing or similar industry.
• Strong leadership, coaching and team development skills.
• Expertise in production planning, safety and quality systems.
• Strategic thinker with advanced problem-solving and communication skills
• Tertiary qualifications preferred but not essential
