About the Job
As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will play a critical role in partnering with Marketing and Sales leaders to drive financial performance, improve ways of working, and deliver meaningful financial insights across the business.
Reporting to the FP&A Manager, you will be the key finance business partner for the Marketing Leadership Team and Sales SG&A, helping leaders make informed decisions while strengthening forecasting, budget ownership and performance visibility.
This isn't a role for someone who simply maintains the status quo. We're looking for a commercially minded finance professional who thrives on challenge, identifies opportunities for improvement, streamlines processes, and delivers insights that drive better business outcomes. You'll have the opportunity to influence senior stakeholders, improve how the business plans and forecasts, and help shape the future of the finance function.
About You
Curious, confident and commercially astute, you're someone who enjoys understanding how a business operates and finding ways to make it better.
You bring a proactive mindset and are motivated by continuous improvement. Rather than simply reporting the numbers, you look beyond them, identifying trends, challenging assumptions and driving meaningful change.
You build strong relationships with stakeholders, communicate complex financial information clearly, and are comfortable influencing decisions across a range of business functions. Most importantly, you're someone who enjoys rolling up your sleeves and making a tangible impact.
